Gerald has been married to his wife Laura for 38 years, and they have two grown sons.  He and his family have lived in Plano, TX since 1991, after moving back to this area from the Texas Hill Country.  While there, Gerald owned and operated a successful Real Estate Appraisal and brokerage business.  He grew up in Kemp, TX, and loves golf, fishing and hunting. He enjoys various other sports, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.  

Gerald has been in the financial services industry since 1994, when he obtained his insurance license. Being and independent representative allows him the ability to offer the best products available at any given time. In 1998, Gerald entered into Estate Planning and included it as a part of his services.  He attended the Wealth Transfer Education Systems, "Institute for Advanced Wealth Transfer Strategies" and"The Advanced Life University" courses in advanced financial and estate planning. These courses were attended by and designed to educate Financial Advisors, CPA's, and Estate Attorney's in Advanced Financial and Estate Planning Strategies.
 

Gerald holds the designations of CAA, Certified Annuity Advisor, and CCA, Certified Charitable Advisor. He donates his time and is an advocate for "persons with special needs".
